Meet the Chef De Cuisine: Pongsakorn (Bom) Boonruang

Chef Bom is known for his refined flavor balance, elegant presentation, and use of seasonal ingredients.

 

Chef Bom's passion for cooking began early in life, driving him to pursue formal culinary training and gain hands-on experience through apprenticeships in hotel kitchens. His career quickly flourished, with key roles at prestigious establishments including Le Meridien Suvarnabhumi and True Corporation, where he crafted menus for Thai celebrities and members of the Royal Family.
